Official unlock device problem

When I applied for the release of the network lock, the official did not give a clear explanation, but said that I would unlock it frequently within 30 days, and asked me to apply again after 30 days. During this period, I did not apply for unlocking.

Why is that?

Do you mean you were told you had tried it too many times to unlock the phone?
