Note 4 Android 6 Update
It's almost August and we still don't have Android 6 for the Samsung Note 4. This update has been out for other carriers for several months. Can you explain why we don't have it? This has been a problem in the past with other updates too. It makes me question my loyalty to AT&T.

Welcome to the AT&T Community Forums! Thank you for posting your question about the Marshmallow upgrade – we definitely hear your voice!
We know that Marshmallow has been out for a while and I sincerely apologize for the delay. We know that this doesn’t portray us in a favorable way with customers who have been expecting the update for months now. I totally understand the need for the latest version of your OS, and sincerely apologize for the delay. We continue to try and improve our turnaround time that it takes to get updates to you. We hope to improve upon the process for future releases.
I do not have a firm date for when Marshmallow will be available for the Note 4. Updates are often posted in the day they are released. I don’t currently have an estimated time of the release, but you will be updated as soon as we have more details.
When Marshmallow does become available, you will receive an over the air notification on your device with step-by-step instructions to update your software.
