No Response/Missing credit - Integrated Solutions Consultant
When Directv was on our property last Fall to install upgraded equipment, an unsolicited Integrated Solutions Consultant showed up and convinced us to upgrade our phones and switch over our cellular plan to AT&T from Verizon with a promise that we would receive a gift card credit of $592.64 for turning in our old iPhones. He took our phones, never issued our credit, and hasn’t reuturned our voice, text, or email messages in close to a year.
Who can we speak to in order to get our credit as promised?
