I ordered a phone on 3/1 and it still says 'Processing'.

I am trying to find out where my phone is.  Someone mentioned the 'Terms and Conditions' page needed to be accepted however when i go there and enter my mobile number (main number on my account) and my billing zip code it states it cant find any order with that information.  I am on the site right now and it clearly shows an order 'processing' for my mobile number.  The zip code is also correct in my profile.

 

I just want some sort of reasoning why its still processing 5 days later.....

We sent instructions to accept Terms and Conditions, just after you placed your order, by email. You must accept the Terms before your order ships. Please check your email for the instructions, and confirm you're using att.com/tc.

Have you received your phone yet? If so how long did it take you I have been waiting forever they told me next day shipping and still can’t get a answer from anyone
