Getting a Phone in a different state than someone who owns the plan
So my dad lives in Pennsylvania and I live in NYC. My phone is completely busted and I very much need a new phone. Would it be possible for me to get a new phone in NYC while my dad is still in Pennsylvania? And if important I am due for an upgrade.

And have the Password/PIN code...and have a line available for upgrade. Otherwise a full price purchase would be required.
