Firmware release for Sonim Xp8800

We'd love to help with this. let's check to see if your Sonim meets the requirements so we know it can receive an update. Does it meet these requirements:

• Is it an AT&T branded device?
• Is it on AT&T's network?
• Is it on a Wi-Fi connection?
• Does it have the space to accept the update?
• Does the device have at least 80% power?

If your device wasn't originally on the AT&T network, the update may fail. If your Sonim meets the requirements, you can follow the steps to manually perform the upgrade yourself.

ATT only does OTA updates so your not going to get the update like you want it.
