Hi, I just purchased the Samsung Galaxy S4 16 GB directly through AT&T. It is to arrive on the 8th and I just found out for 50 dollars more a 32 GB will be available on Friday. Well Ive called several local ATT stores and have been told no I can not exhange it unless its through the mail back to AT&T, Yes I can exchange it but must pay a 35 dollar restocking fee (which I thought was only for returns not exchanges ) and can pay the difference, and NO I can not return it to any other store other than a corportate store which will not charge me a 35 dollar fee but I have no Idea where to find one. Can anyone help clarify?

not sure you have a choice, and the return period is 14 days

You have an other great option, for $50 you can buy a 64GB memory card, way better deal!)

You can return it to a corporate store. The return period is 14 days. It must be in like-new condition and have all equipment and peripherals returned with it. There may be a restocking fee.
The returns policy is listed here:
"If you bought the device online at att.com or over the phone from AT&T, mail the device back to AT&T or bring it to any AT&T retail store during the applicable return period."
