Business Account Pre-Order S10

AT&T's primary website still reflects the ability to preorder an S10+, with expected date of March 8th, yet my HR person just got the run around saying they are no longer excepting preorders for the 128gb model? Any insight into this?

Thank you for your message.  I am not seeing any issues with pre-ordering the device.  Does your HR Person have Premier Access at https://soc.att.com/2SzK7zA

 

Are they not able to pre-order the device through that website?
