AT&T galaxy S7 Active Harder to Autoswitch from 4g wifi as of three at&t fw updates ago

I am not sure if this bug has been addressed. My cell used to immediately pick up and switch onto wifi once in range or within a minute or so.
three firmware updates ago, it started not switching to wifi and 4g stays on for hours if I do not stop, manually pull up wifi networks and connect it myself.
i have auto switch enabled and all of those features have remained unchanged since the time the phone was connecting properly.

I know what it’s like to be happily browsing the internet only to realize I’ve been using data the whole time. I’ll be happy to look into this for you.
Does this only happen at home, or also with other Wi-Fi networks? I would suggest removing the network then connect back to it. This will help establish a more reliable connection.
