My Fiancé was offered to purchase this for a couple months after the “trial” run we decided that we didn’t need it so we called to cancel it. As soon as we did that the screen on the equipment went to “ software update in process” we both just assumed that since it was no longer working and it still to this day hasn’t work it was shut down and they were going to pick it up once AT&T came to get their stuff to. NO we have a bill of $600 that I refuse to pay because even though this system has been in our house it HAS NOT WORK FOR A YEAR SINCE WE CANCELED it. But according to them there’s no note of it being canceled. Don’t use this system

@Cmachowicz  Hello. I am not sure what you mean by a trial run for a couple of months... we have a policy of being able to cancel the service within 14 days of installation if the customer is not happy with the service and no penalty is applied, only the charge for days of use. Once a customer is past the 14 days, the equipment is theirs to own so we would not have come to pick it up. Were you not receiving bills anymore? I guess I shouldn’t have said trial run. But when we called to cancel it we no longer had access to our online account where we paid the bills so that was another sign that we had canceled it because right after we could no longer login.
