Service Call Resulted In Landline Telephone Service Interruption
We needed assistance with the installation of a new motion detector. Not very long afterwards, our landline telephones ceased to operate. The landline provider sent a technician who claimed the issue was with Digital Life. We contacted Digital Life, which INSISTED there was nothing wrong with its equipment. We required the landline provider to come back to our residence. The verdict is that the ONLY way to restore our landline service is to suspend Digital Life. Is there a method of bypassing the telephone individuals, who rarely know what they are doing, and get a Digital Life installer or technican who knows how to connect the alarm system without interferring with my landlines?
Re: Service Call Resulted In Landline Telephone Service Interruption
@Truthsayer4 Hello. My apologies for the issue that you are having. We do not connect to anything regarding the landlines. The motion detector is simply mounted on the wall and paired to your main controller. The rest of your system runs off of 3G and broadband so we do not utilize the local landline. I would be happy to have a technician come and check things out for you though. If you would click on my user name and then click "Send PM" to send me a private message with your name, phone number, address and account number, I will have a specialist reach out to you to schedule someone to come out. Thank you
