Need User Manual - ATT-US-DLC200C-UM-V1-201506

We had our alarm system installed yesterday 04/27/2016 however the guy did not leave the user manual. Can you please send me a link for ATT-US-DLC200C-UM-V1-201506?

Are you lookin for the user manual for the DLC 200 or for your digital life system ?

manuaI I need is ATT-UM-V1.1-201303 as listed on the alarm keypad door panel. The alarm system is a DLC200C

I googled ATT Digital Life owners manual and several PDF files popped up with the user manuals

This is ATT's official response?   "Google it"....

 

The poster asked for information on the new DLC200, and there isn't any.... lots of info on the DL system, but nothing about the DLC200 that he requested.

I made DL retention an ultimatum, either install this slimmer controller or I turn on my home assistant instance and finish disconnecting the last 3 devices from the system. She was shocked that so many were disconnected and thought it was a problem. I said yes, its a problem with your customer service, I thought I was going to be told to go %$** myself and have a nice day thanks for choosing AT&T is there anything else I can't help you with? Instead retention told me straight up most installers are mean and can do what they want. WHAT?!?  And unless theres a problem with DLC-100 they won't install DLC-200C unless theres an absolute "valid" reason". I said well one is "customer retention" another is "more closet space". 

 

Next day installer calls me and asks me whats wrong and I said nothing so he gets an attitude and says he has to call his supervisor. I think he got an attitude because I was in the 1-4 or 5 window and he was there are 10am asking if I was home. I said that works out fine call me back and let me know if I need to cancel this service. I won't miss it. You guys don't even offer two factor authentication, or VERIFIED BURGLARY RESPONSE (thats a big one for me). Then I get "whats two factor authentication and why would you need it for this?" EUGH!! I said well that answers my question lets just get this cancelled on the phone because there are cheaper alarm companies with way quicker response times. It shouldn't take me 5 minutes to cancel a dispatch if the DL App is malfunctioning.

 

Sorry for rambling but I feel your pain, this is my first day with the DLC-200C and I plan on keeping it for a month or so then maybe disconnecting and disassembling it.

I hate opening up old threads, but, the best thing to do is rip the thing off the wall and find the FCCID and this one is easy. Here's what I found:

I have a keychain remote (SW-ATT-FOB2)  and need to sync it to the security system.  What can I do to make this remote active?

@Lemmon01  Hello. You will need to either call us at 1-855-288-2727 option # 4 or chat in so that a specialist can sync it to your system.
