I have scheduled four different appointments to have a technical support / technician come to my house to install a garage unit and to fix a camera problem. I agreed to pay a service fee too. On four different occasions had missed appt. No show, no calls and even had a dispatcher tell me on one of the scheduled times that the tech was at my house. She said I was lying because he showed he was there! What a total joke. AT&T you should be ashamed of yourselves... until you unload this ugly step-child you still have AT&T in the name and would expect you to support your product and services. IS THERE ANYONE AT DIGITAL LIFE THAT CARES. And could help me!
