I’d be happy to help with your email! This device uses an app called Mobile Email. This is a feature which will no longer be offered or supported as of March 31st, 2015. As of Monday, January 12, 2015, no new Mobile E-mail subscriptions can be created. You can access your email directly from your ISP from your web browser or upgrade your device to receive enhanced messaging services.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you purchased the device within the last 14 days, you may wish to return the device for an alternative with other email access options.
