wrong time of day

On Wednesday the 8th my model #Z431 change time to daylight saving time, ahead one hour.  Customer Service says they can't help me, they will update system on Sunday.  Why did this happen and why can't they fix it now?

I apologize your concern was not resolved when you contacted us. It will be my pleasure to provide you some information!

 

By default, cell phones are set to automatically update the time as it changes. If you travel from one time zone to another, the phone should update in accordance with the cell towers in your area. The good news is, you can configure this function and set the clock manually.
