unlock my cell phone

I"m from Indonesia.mM phone until now can not be unlocked. i bought this phone in amazone through freight forwarding. the delivery time is 45 day.
I have tried to unlock the AT & T unlocked device link. I do not have phone number at & t and account at & t.
I can not return the phone because its warranty is only 1 month. please, how to solve this problem

Thank you for reaching out to us.  I understand how difficult it can be trying to unlock a device without the service of the device’s carrier.  No worries though there is help!


On our device unlock page. You’ll be asked, Are you an AT&T wireless customer, you’ll tick the circle for “No”.  This will change the requested information for your unlock.

I have followed your instructions, but still can not. It seems this
phone does not meet the required requirements of AT & T to be
unlocked.

But unfortunately I can not refund because the warranty is only 30
days. The shipping time needed to get to my place 45 days.

which I can do only 2 days once visited the AT & T unlock device link,
to unlock this phone.

Hello @Arrayn.


Thank you for reaching back out to me.  I understand your concerns, with not being able to return the device.  I do have some more information for you.


As this device was purchased through Amazon. We would need to wait for them to register the device has been sold.  Once 14 days have passed from the date of purchase all devices which are paid in full do become available for unlock immediately.  Now, Amazon does have a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery, which does cover you well after the expected delivery date.


I recommend attempting this unlock after the 14 day mark has passed to ensure the BRE period on all AT&T devices has passed.
