unite pro can't get online?

i bought this unite pro couple weeks ago, it's been fine unitl this morning. 

just i have excellent signal strength, and wifi connection is soild (fast response on admin page), but i just can't get online.   data meter shows like 0.1m, and 0.2m like 5 minutes later.

 

and i tried to move the same card in between unite pro and my ipad a couple times, the ipad works perfectly, but never get unite pro to work again.

 

and i've tried to factory reset the device like 3 times, nothing.

 

anyone had same issue?  or have any idea what's going on?

Hey there @garyleecn

 

I’d be happy to help with your Unite Pro setup! When your hotspot device is powered on, it will automatically connect to the AT&T mobile network. This is shown by the signal bars you are seeing. We should be getting a minimum of 2 bars for a reliable connection. You should also see either a 4G icon, or 4G LTE icon. To connect to the hotspot, and the internet in doing so, check the screen of your Unite Pro for the WiFi network name. You will then just need to sign in with the password which has been set for your device.
