text retrieval

I have the option selected to keep copies of my text messaging. But I can't look at them on my account online I need help really need a text that was deleted

You can only view texts on your phone, there is nowhere else to view them. Once deleted, they are gone unless you would have a backup of your phone from that time.

Thanks . no I activated my message cloud after it was deleted from phone. Where does it store the message anyways before I never have found that out
