refusing to unlock note 5
Like others, I've been a loyal AT&T customer for over 20 years. I've spent upwards of $4K a month in the past. I need my note 5 unlocked and they aren't releasing it. It's been two weeks and 3 escelations. I've spent over 20 hours of wasted time. I keep getting "your still under an installment plan", but the reps all say they can't see why as everything is paid off (I owe $0). So, if the unlock rep can't understand, and they open a case that keeps getting closed after a few days, I think they are frauds and violating the law. What recourse do I have?
I am so mad that I will drop all AT&T services. They just screwed me on my internet service too for $150 and took me to collections. I have never been treated like this.
