When I try to connect to wifi my phone acts like its connecting then it just says "saved" and no matter what I do it never connects. My phone is a ZTE zmax.
Glad to hear from you and thanks for bringing your issue to my attention! I’m sorry to read that you’re having troubles with your Wi-Fi connection on the ZTE ZMax and I’ll be glad to help out however I can!
With a Wi-Fi connection, it boils down to one of two things being the issue. Either the device itself that you’re trying to receive the connection on, or the connection itself. Do you know if this “Saved then never connecting” issue is happening with every single Wi-Fi connection or is it just the one at home or work? Narrowing that down could help me differentiate where the problem is coming from.
In the meantime, I would love it if you could take a few minutes to go through our AT&T Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool. This extra helpful tool takes you step by step through the troubleshooting process to get to the bottom of your issue. If you’ve already gone through some steps, it can help you pick up some that you may have missed!
Additionally, you may want to take the phone in to one of our available Device Support Centers across the country. They are able to troubleshoot on hand and if you have one nearby, can definitely help out! Take a look through our Store Locator to find the one nearest to you!
Keep me posted and thanks for reaching out! Have a great day!
