Have you tried rebooting the phone? If yes, does the issue still appear? This will help narrow down what the next step will be. Another thing to check is if you have downloaded any apps recently.
Sometimes, an app is not compatible with a phone’s software and it can trigger this in the phone. Great news, you can delete them while in the App Manager by going to All > App in question > Uninstall/Delete. After deleting the apps, please reboot the phone and then test for resolution.
I also recommend using our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool. It is a fantastic resource which helps pinpoint what the exact issue is and how to resolve it! Once you are there, please select your phone’s make and model, and then go to Device/Software Issues > Apps or Screen.
