quantum stuck on logo

My phone was battery low, then plugged on charge. after a well i need to you it, it was an emergency. i booted it suddenly it wouldn't boot. it was stuck on the att logo

Let's look into that for you, @Nathantyb!

You may be required to perform a hard reset of your device which will delete all all user apps, user data, and DRM licenses. It's recommended that, if possible, any important data is backup before performing a Hard Reset.

Once your phone is powered off (if unresponsive, it may be required to remove the battery) try rebooting your phone in Cold Boot mode by performing the following steps:

Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Up, Volume Down, Camera and Power buttons
Immediately release all keys once the words “COLD BOOT” appear on screen.
The phone will now restart in factory default mode.
