paid ETF and still phone locked and unlock request denied
I paid ETF to get out of contract and this is my first device unlock request. It got denied saying that i maxed out. Sent a private message but still no solution. Been almost a month after paying my final bill. What's the process to create a consumer complaint against att for the mode in which they operate?
