my elevate 4g hotspot automatically disconnected when i don't use internet
actually when i don't use internet my activity network is disable till i power off the device to searching network again and finally the status : connected !
how can set my device always connect to the network
please help me thanks for your supporting

Please confirm the device is showing 2 or more bars of network signal. If signal is less than 2 bars, please move the device to another location.
If the issue persists, please try a Soft Reset. From any screen, press and hold the Power Key.
If the soft reset doesn’t fix this please try the master reset steps shown on this page. The master reset erases all settings, personal data, and preferences.
