If I read your post correctly, it sounds like you’re having an issue with a 3rd party app not connecting to any sort of data connection, either wifi or the AT&T data network.
If that is the case have you had a chance to check if there are any updates for that app?
You can try to uninstall the app from the device and reinstall it. If those actions do not work, I would suggest to contact the app developer, to get further assistance.
