I recently got a Razr V3 after my Razr V3xx was stolen.
On the Razr V3, the Internet and text messaging don't work!
For the the Internet browser, I receive a "Network Not Available" message.
When I try to send text messages, their status is "sent", but they never arrive to their recipients!
Does anyone know what is wrong?
When my phone was stolen, I deactivated it and had my number reactivated and put on a new card, which is in my current phone. Could this be part of the reason?
I would appreciate the help!

i actually went into the at&t store and got this fixed..
but same thing!
