How am i receiving calls from disconnected numbers

I get ghost calls from randomly changing numbers about once a day, typically in the middle of the night.  They also usually leave a message, blank but takes up message space and indicates I have a message.  I call the numbers back sometimes and they are always not a working number.  I can block each time but they always come from a new number.  Any ideas on what to do to stop this madness?

Believe it or not most of these spammer you call them are actually data
feed and. Controled by google
Automated Inteligence Algrorythms
If you have A small business they use your numbers to stop busy to come in
by interruption of the api
Believe me when I say information is not all of it.
They actually have been working on AI spamming
And if the spammers can out learn Googles AI
We are in some serious trouble.
Because the experience I have with marketing agencies calls tells me
Google allows this
And unfortantely
So does bing and yahoo servers allow
Robotic connections to their servers
Which gives the spammers access to
Googles data
And google decides which one of the business recieves these calls.
Since they have started using equal local access to all companies
By showing them relevant
When the bots are dialing
Causing. Your business to
Get the call
Especially on adwords ad sense
And ad spends
Along with the fact if you think they want info only it is a whole new
thought.
If your relevance get you so many searches a day and you are a marketing
spammer.
You can set up a robo dialer connect Googles API to it
And constantly dial and redial the top performing business in any search
And the dialer will call the first say 5 positions
Triggering a AI movement in results
Doing this periodically throught out the day
Watching search raise and lower during peak times and tye calls you get
hanging up on you is a dilebrate design to change movement on placement of
maps
If you do not think I am right
I can show you how my
14 lines all on maps recieves these daily.
I can show you how I can reset lines to airplane modes preventing the bits
not able to find my numbers through the portal they use a server and my
phones location to trigger the. Calls
So if I do this 10 times a day
I trick the bots
And I get real calls and alot of them till tjey find its location Again.
This is my experience

Turn phone to silent
Remove all signals to internet
Data and mobile sync location
Set to airplane mode
Leave 1 minute
Return all items to normal after reset.
When I do this
Several times
It seems to trigger more calls
And this tells me they are being disconnected
However thru my reset processes
It seems to trigger real business calls also.
Which just like any other test
Time after time seems to bring more results.
With all these lines on the internet
The evidence is that Google Yahoo and Bing are allowing this.
Hence they are all blowing out a new local platform
Where they are blocking the spams
However it is conviently 22 bucks a call.
Does it matter that
I spent 6000 this year to stay competitive
Not To Google
The data companies do not want small fish
Either you can become a shark
Or pay the sharks to allow you to eat.
Or learn what they have to do to take your calls
25 to 35 dropped calls every day.
It is so obvious it is google yahoo and bing.

Yeah, like everything else in business, profits are more important than complaints with no competition.

@marvinlzinn1

None of the carriers want these calls going through.  Please read the copious information on the efforts to stop robo and spoofed calls and the problems involved.  Att is not profiting by these robo calls.  Most are illegal and not even in the USA.

I did not mean AT&T profits, but either someone trying to recognize where you are and sell or steal from you, or maybe a competitor who will promise the avoid those calls without identifying their program called you.

It looks more like a boycott, because very rarely the caller answers. It happens to me sometimes even ten per day. The purpose is clear: discouragement of picking up the phone and clog  the answering systems. In other words to discourage and minimize the quick communication. Historically, communications were cut when radical social changes occurred tn the world. That's right, as mentioned above, there must be some kind of benefit for someone if funds are invested in such endeavor..

I hope I am wrong.

@M14571504M You are wrong. Those calls are placed by a robo dialer. When the computer detects the call has been answered, it is supposed to connect the call to an agent (or available scammer). That may not happen immediately, if you wait long enough usually someone will be there but it is also possible all the agents/scammers are busy on other calls.

Great.  Now it’s WW3 conspiracy.  Disabling communication isn’t going to be with robo calls.  🙄
