If you have a prepaid device, you can refill online at http://www.myprepaidrefill.com.
If you have a regular AT&T plan (Bill in the mail every month) you can pay it from the myAT&T app or online at http://www.att.com
If you are having issues, you can call this number free from your AT&T Cell Phone for our International Customer Care department +1.916.843.4685.
