Hi @sanraro,
I am sorry you are having trouble blocking calls on your ZTE phone. I am more than happy to check into this for you!
We definitely want you to be able to block calls as needed. After looking into this I was able to discover what your phone is not able to block calls on its own, however you can block them via Smart Limits. You can find more information about smart limits here. You can also check out Call Protect which will automatically block spam calls. I hope this helps!
