how do I activate my hotspot?
I received my hotspot a couple of weeks ago so I could start using it and finally had a chance to try and connect and I think I am missing something do I have to activate the device?

Mobile Hotspot is an excellent way to share wireless Internet access to other devices. I understand wanting to get your device set up as soon as possible to start taking advantage of its benefits.
Please click on this link to start the activation process. Once there, select the type of service you are using. You will be required to enter some information and then click on Continue until you complete all the steps.
