getting in to my phone!!! Please help
Okay I haven't used this phone in sometime. I do not have or remember what the lock screen pin is or the google account that was associated with it it is a kyocera hydro air and the model number is c6745 and it is a go phone. So with that being said, due to the length of time that has lapsed since its last use i don't probably have the number that was assigned to it any longer hence even remembering for I have had four other numbers and carriers since then. If any one can help me this issue and how to rememdy it that would be amazing .

Not remembering the phone’s screen PIN can be frustrating, and it is something I have dealt with on my phone as well. I will be more than happy to help you get back into your phone!
If you cannot remember the lock screen PIN, the only way to get past it would be to do an alternate master reset. Doing this will cause the phone to wipe out all data and info on the phone. Please power off your phone completely, then press and hold at the same time: Power, Home and Volume Up key until you see Recovery Booting. Please use the Volume Down key to scroll through the menu until you reach the option to Wipe Data/Factory Reset and press Power key to select it. Once it is done, please select Reboot Device/System and set up the phone once it is back on!
