failure connecting to internet with wemo app

I am attempting to connect my wemo app to my internet, my smart phone is connected to the internet but when I go into the wemo app it does not recognize. I have picked other and entered my ATT site listed on my smart phone WIFi picked WP2 and entered password it continues to say it is unable to connect. I have tried it picking OPEN instead of WP2 and it says password failed. HELP

You need to trouble shoot with Wemo.   It requires home WiFi

Wemo are  home automation devices.  You use the app to help connect to home WiFi services.  Please read the instructions that came with the devices or contact Wemo.
