Hello @honeynut2011,

I’m sorry to hear you have been having issues with connecting to your service. I can definitely look into this for you!

Resetting your network settings is a great way to troubleshoot connectivity issues. To do this, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Your device will automatically restart after doing this, and you will need to re-enter your Wi-Fi password to connect to Wi-Fi.

Have you heard of our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool? It’s like having a technical support agent right beside you! With this tool, choose a device then go to Internet under Service/network issues. You’ll be given a resolution once the questions have been answered.

If you are still having issues with your service, please send a private message to us at @ATTCares. In it, be sure to include your full name, account number, and phone number. Once we have this, we can access the account and review for provisioning errors.

I hope you have a great rest of your week!
