dose anyone have doogee S60 with ATT LTE?

Hi 

How are you all.

I got Doogee S60 today and opened line.

ATT store said " you can make phone calls and txt but no data.. have no idea why this cell cant get data..."

they tried to set apn but it didnt update.

I cant pay $80~90 per a month if it support only 3G.

if you guys are using this phone with LTE.. can you tell me how did you do that?
