We do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Please know that due to seasonal high volumes of unlock requests being processed from our support team, submitted unlock requests would sometimes extend past the 24-48 hour completion period.
When the unlock request has been completed, you will receive a notification from AT&T that will provide further information on either request has been approved or denied.
You can access our AT&T Things To Know Portal for more information to see if your device has met all eligibility requirements to continue the process.
