cannot block texts from abusive ex on old motorola moto e phone -only can block calls -can AT&T?
cannot block texts from abusive ex on old motorola moto e phone -only can block calls -can AT&T help me and block them on their end? have been able to block his calls, but there doesn't seem to be a away to block texts. do I have to change my number?

I am sorry you are getting unwanted texts on your phone. I totally understand how important it is to be able to block those texts and I am more than happy to look into this for you.
We definitely do not want you to have to get texts which are unwanted. AT&T currently does not offer any options on our end that will block text messages. The best options are going to be to change your number or upgrade your device as most of our newer phones provide options to block texts in addition to calls.
