can't update HTC sense 2.1
It won't let me update my phone. I went under settings then at&t software update an it doesn't work help please

Welcome to the AT&T Community Forums – hope all is well in Maine! I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue updating your HTC Sense 2.1. Are you getting an error message when this happens? HTC Sense is the software on the phone. What is the actual phone model?
To find out how to update your phone, you can go to the Device Support Center. Choose your phone’s model. Click on Software Updates. There you will get step by step instructions on how to update your device.
