call transfers to my own voicemail
For some reason, when I dial my wife's cell number, my own voice mailbox opens up telling me how many messages I have. Does anyone know why this would happen? I'v tried deleting her contact info and re inserting it, but the same thing happens.

There is some programming glitch that occurred. Call Customer Care 800-331-0500 and they will reset their errors.
