Wireless Home Phone ZTE WF721 Caller ID

I am noticing on most incoming calls, the caller ID is adding an extra 1 to the beginning of the phone number.

So, it will show 118885882300 instead of the correct 8885882300.

If you try to call the person back, the call will fail every time.

When you manually dial the correct number without the leading 1's it's fine.

Conncted to another phone with a larger CallerID screen.
it's actually adding the full country code 011 to the start. If I call back on that one, it will dial 0111areacodephonenumber.
When using the phone with a smaller CID display it's truncated to 11areacodephonenumber which is not a valid number so it fails.
