Wifi not working on devices

Laptops and blue ray cannot connect

Hello @Taylerfrazee,

 

I understand how concerning it is having your devices not able to connect to Wi-Fi.  I will be more than happy to help!

 

Are you trying to connect the devices to your home internet services or cellular data network? If home internet, please unplug your modem/router for around one minute, plug it back in, wait till the lights come back on before trying to connect to it.

 

If using cellular data, please power off the device providing the Wi-Fi signal for around 30 seconds before powering back on.  I recommend using our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool! After selecting your device’s make and model, please go to Service/Network Issues > Internet.
