Vibration only mode for Nokia 3310 3G?

The Nokia 3310 3G version by AT&T seems to be a lemon when it comes to setting up a profile in which the phone will vibrate when receiving incoming text msgs and calls, but not make any other type of noise. The manuals, which are mostly from 2017, have information about setting up "Profiles" and "Tones" on the Nokia 3310, but I do not see any of these options on the phone I have. When I access the settings, I can set the phone to vibrate, but after making that selection there is no way to set the sound option to none. So the phone vibrates and beeps.

This ridiculous and nerve-wracking, because it means I have to use telepathy to prompt me to check the phone to see if any calls or messages have come in during times when I have to have the ringer silenced. I expected something better associated with name AT&T.

Wait, At&t didn’t sell the phone.  While the US version sold by Best Buy will work, it’s on you when you BYOD to get it’s working.  I suggest you contact the manufacturer.
