Velocity MF923 WiFi Hotspot does not show up as an available wireless network on my Windows 10 PC
After bringing home and successfully using the Velocity MF923 WiFi hotspot for a few days, I went to bed last night and woke up this morning to find that my Windows 10 PC no longer shows the Velocity as an available wireless network (see below). I've tried rebooting both, and neither has helped. Does anyone have any suggestions? TIA

Hey @EdWinter,
Good morning! I’m sorry to hear your ZTE Velocity stopped working correctly; I would be concerned as well. I will happy to help!
Thank you for resetting the devices! Let’s try resetting the hotspot further, please click on this link to visit our Device Support page. If you do not see ZTE Velocity at the top of the page please choose Change Device, and select your make/model. On the left hand side of the page please select Troubleshooting, and then Reset Device.
Please let us know if this helps!

Thank you very much for your reply, Daniel.
The Factory Reset did indeed restore the Velocity MF923 to my list of available networks. First, I should have noted the amount of data I had already used, though! :-))
Regards,
Doug
