Unlocked phone compatibility with AT&T - LG GT350

I have spent hours searching the web and cannot find a solid answer. I have access to a Unlocked Triband GT350 by LG. I see this is really an international version of the NEON and harder to find in the U.S. My question is, can I use this phone in America with AT&T?

I am thinking I can because of the specs but any help would be appreciated.
