How can I find out what my unlock request number was?
I have sent off a request on my Alcatel 5044r yesterday but I have forgot my information about it. How can i find out what the info was also after I did it I never received the email that was supposed to be sent... what can i do??

Hi, @IPhone20181516,
We understand your desire to keep tabs on the unlock request. If you didn't record unlock request number, then we know no way of bringing it back for you. That's okay, as it's not necessary to unlock your phone. Just watch your email for the unlock code. Check your spam folder for it, just in case the email is misdirected.

Had same issue and not getting resolution from AT&T support. You can file a FCC complaint here: https://www.fcc.gov/consumers/guides/cell-phone-unlocking-faqs
