Unlock device carrier

I have tried to submit a request to unlock my devices carrier and it says wait 30 days, but gives no error. Why? I checked my device and it’s whitelisted so what’s the problem? It says that i have tried too many times but nothing more.

Not enough information.  Are you a customer?  How long has the phone been on AT&T?
