Unlock denied-request netgear nighthawk M1 MR1100 on paid full price device

Why is att denying my request to unlock my hotspot device I paid full price at bb. I shouldn’t have to wait no 60days on a device I brought with no contract

AT&T doesn't sell devices to be used on other carriers without being used on AT&T for a limited amount of time. That means until it's been used for 60 days with AT&T, you'll never be able to use that device on another carrier. Either keep using it with AT&T, get a refund, or enjoy your new paperweight.
