Unlock MiFi Liberate
Hoping someone can help me out here.. I have a Novatel MiFi Liberate (5792). I bought it about a year and half ago at full retail price and am trying to unlock it for an International trip. When I submit the unlock request, I receive the following message:
We found no record of the IMEI Number you entered. Check your device's 15-digit IMEI Number by dialing *#06# (errorCode.ULP2003)
Please assist. Thank you.

Was the phone used on the AT&T network? Most of the IMEI unknown problems come from the phone never being used on the AT&T network, so they have no record of the phone.

Yes, the hotspot was on the AT&T network for over a year.

I have the same problem as well. The att unlock portal does not recognize the IMEI number of the MiFi Liberate 5792. Should I call customer care?
