Unlock Amazon Fire Phone

Hi, I would like to unlock my amazon fire phone.

 

AT&T told me to ask Amazon

Amazon told me to ask AT&T

 

Could I have an email support to resolve my issue?

Link above to unlock support guide.  All unlock requests must go through the portal.

While an actual unlock may come from the manufacturer (like Apple and Amazon) the permission and code comes from ATT.

There is no email for ATT support, this is a customer to customer support forum.

I followed the directions of support AT&T, and this was the response:

Unfortunately, your unlock request was denied Because:
Your device is no longer supported, and we can no longer Obtain the unlock code from the manufacturer.

So I contacted Amazon and this was the response:

I'm sorry, but I'm unable to unlock your phone Fire.
If you currently own a phone Fire That was Purchased with an AT&T two-year contract or plan Next, your phone may be eligible to be unlocked based on AT&T's unlock policies. For more information about AT&T's unlock policies, I encourage you to check with AT&T

 

It's always a great experience be like a ping pong ball.

Having said that, thanks for the twitter contact, I will also ask information on that channel
