Unable to switch on Hotspot on New Blackberry Motion

I've recently switched to Blackberry Motion from Blackberry Priv. I have unlimited data option with WiFi Hotspot, and it was working fine with my Priv. But, I'm now unable to toggle Hotspot switch on my Blackberry Motion device. I changed the sim card to a new one, after personally contacting AT&T store, but there's no luck.

Please help me with this issue.

Exactly which plan are you on?  Only unlimited Plus allows hotspot use.

Yes, I'm on unlimited plus plan... But, still can't use Hotspot... Even, AT&T troubleshooting list of devices doesn't have my new device.

Troubleshoot and Resolve tool didn't work, as my new device is not listed on AT&T.

@mvvbapiraju  Call ATT and ask for tech support.  Your phone is new, and not branded.  It may require provisioning your account or settings on the phone for it to work well with the account.

Also, since the phone is unbranded (not sold by AT&T), it may not be eligible for wi-fi hotspot service.  If that is one of those "advanced features" they want to keep for the phone's they sell.

The device can certainly do it, but AT&T prevents it on their network as an incentive to make you want to buy a branded AT&T phone. Or, if AT&T decides to actually carry the Motion, sometimes they will make the service available, but no one knows when or if that will ever happen.
