Tilt - can't download or upload data - why?

Tilt - can't download or upload data - why?

I know I have data service, but when SPB Weather or Windows Update tries to access the internet, the device retries and fails.

I don't recall changing any settings.

What should I be looking for in terms of configuration?

Oops - forgot to add:

"Cannot connect for an unknown reason.  To check your connection settings..."

When doing so, Igo into the existing connections and check out MEdia Net - it eventually asks for a user name and password.

Does the SIM provide the phone with that information?

Found it - AT&T's web site did have some device-specific information; the Tilt I got did NOT have WAP and other proxy info configured out of the box.

Got it configured and, so far so good.

Definitely nice to see both Tilt revisions on their website.
